How can I reset my password?

If you cannot recall your password, you can easily reset it.

Enter the e-mail address for your customer account. Simply reset your password by clicking on Forgot your password.

An e-mail will be sent to the address you have provided to enable you to reset your password.

For security reasons, the link in the e-mail is only valid for a few minutes.

You did not receive the e-mail? Depending on your operator, it may take up to 10 minutes to receive the reset e-mail. Remember to check your junk mail, it can happen that the message ends up in this folder.


Your password must contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one number, one special character and be at least 8 characters long.
